Possible criteria for judging info-graphics?

From Stephen J Dubner:

Back when I worked as an editor at the Times Magazine, we held weekly or twice-weekly editorial meetings at which you’d go around the table and suggest story ideas. There were many varieties of ideas, including: Dutiful but Dull; Dutiful and Worthwhile; Sexy but Substance-Free; Just Not Interesting; and everyone’s favorite: Interesting — if True.

You turn in the radio assignment when I get back but you need to start working on ipcc asap. For the radio, show Ryan as much as you can. The more he sees the better the feedback.
Then you start on ipcc immediately so you have enough time to work on it.

Boarding flight now. Won't check blog till I get back.

Thanks for bringing that up Sam. I was also under the impression that our formal Crit would be with Ricky on his return, and Tuesday would be a work day.

Maybe these dates are off?

As I understood it, we all agreed last Thursday that the entirety of the Interface project would be due when Ricky returns.
I'm just curious to know if I simply missed the announcement that the due date for all materials had been moved back to April 1st, or is this a new development?

"What happens when you combine typography with motion? That's the process of kinematic typography and the results, when paired with some excellent scenes from your favorite films and TV shows, can be moving and marvelous. Here are some of the best examples of film kinematic typography on the web."

The pulp fiction one is great.

Hey guys, I think this qualifies for information graphics. At least some of them left me laughing out loud. I will be sure to never pass up looking at restroom signs in the future.

Interesting Quote:

"From Copernicus to Einstein, the big breakthroughs always came from conceptual models. They are what integrated all the facts so that they made sense. You can have all the data in the world, but without a model the data will never be enough."
